Art. 1. Editura Conphys funcţionează conform atestat nr 2268/09.09.1999 al Ministerului Culturii
Art. 2. Conphys este o editură recunoscută de CNCSIS, având codul 189 (acreditare pana in 2009) în
lista instituţiilor care beneficiază de această calitate.

I. ORGANIZARE ŞI FUNCŢIONARE

Art. 4. Editura Conphys fiinţează ca departament al societatii comerciale Conphys srl şi nu are
personalitate juridică.
Art. 5. Conducerea editurii este asigurată de Consiliul ştiinţific al editurii.
Din consiliu face parte si directorul editurii care este imputernicit de sa conduca actvitatea editurii.
Consiliul ştiinţific,  se intruneste anual sau ori de cate ori este nevoie si are următoarele competenţe:
-  avizează planul editorial;
-  stabileşte standardele de calitate privind conţinutul şi tehnoredactarea lucrărilor publicate sub
egida editurii                                                                                                    
În activitatea sa, directorul editurii este ajutat de Colegiul editorial,  organism consultativ.
Colegiul editorial este consultat de director pentru avizarea editării fiecărei lucrări în parte, ia act de
referatele sau recomandările adiacente şi propune sau discută măsurile destinate ameliorării activităţii
editurii.                                                                                                                                                                .
Art. 6. Conducerea editurii este mandatată să efectueze toate demersurile legale pe lângă Biblioteca
Naţională a României, pentru buna desfăşurare a activităţii editoriale.
Art. 7. Conducerea editurii furnizează Bibliotecii Naţionale a României datele bibliografice în vederea
obţinerii descrierilor CIP pentru lucrările pe care urmează să le editeze. De asemenea, împreună cu
serviciul Centrului Naţional ISBN – ISSN şi Biroul CIP al Bibliotecii Naţionale a României, asigură
atribuirea numerelor internaţionale de standardizare a cărţilor şi periodicelor.

II. OBIECTIVE

Art. 8. Scopul editurii este promovarea valorilor ştiinţifice şi culturale naţionale şi universale, contribuind
astfel la asigurarea circulaţiei nestânjenite a ideilor şi informaţiilor.
Art. 9. Obiectivele editurii vizează:
- editarea cărţii universitare în condiţii profesionale;
-  încurajarea cadrelor didactice şi a cercetătorilor din universitate pentru valorificarea activităţii ştiinţifice
proprii şi implicarea în proiecte colective;
- creşterea vizibilităţii editurii în rândul comunităţii academice şi al instituţiilor de profil, prin participarea
la expoziţii, târguri şi saloane de carte;

III. ACTIVITĂŢI
Art. 10.  Activitatea de editare se desfăşoară  pe baza unui plan editorial .    
Art. 11. Obiectivul  principal  este sprijinirea activităţii ştiinţifice a cadrelor universităţii, prin editarea,
tipărirea şi difuzarea, în limba română şi în alte limbi, în ţară şi în străinătate, a unor cărţi şi periodice de
specialitate şi de interes general pentru învăţământul universitar, postuniversitar .

Article 2. Conphys Publishing House is acknowledged by the National Council of Scientific Research in Higher Education, under code number 189 on the list of the institutions which benefit from this attribute.

I. Organization and Activity

Article 4. Conphys Publishing House functions as a department of Conphys Ltd. and has no legal personality.
Article 5. The editorial leadership is provided by the publishing house Scientific Council.
The publishing house manager is part of the Scientific Council and he is assigned to lead the publishing house activity.
The Scientific Council reunites annually or any time it is necessary and it has the following competences:
- endorses the editorial plan;
 - establishes the quality standards for the content and layout of the printed works;
The publishing house manager is assisted by the Editorial Board which is an advisory body.
The Editorial Board is consulted by the manager for the approval of each paper printing; it acknowledges the editorial notes and adjacent recommendations, proposes and discusses measures to be taken in order to improve the activity of the publishing house.
Article 6. The publishing house management provides biographical data to the Romanian National Library in order to obtain the CIP description (Cataloging prior to publication) for the papers to be edited.
Article 7. It also ensures the international standards number assignment of books and periodicals in cooperation with the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) and International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) National Center and The CIP (Cataloging prior to publication) Department of the Romanian National Library.

II. Objectives

Article 8. The purpose of the publishing house is to promote the national and universal scientific and cultural values contributing to the free flow of ideas and information.
Article 9. The publishing house objectives aim to:
- editing universal books in professional and high quality conditions;
- encouraging teachers, professors and researchers to exploit their scientific activity and to get involved in joint projects;
- increasing the publishing house visibility among the academic community and specialized institutions by participating to exhibitions and books fairs.

III. Activities

Article 10. The editing activity occurs according to an editorial plan.
Article 11. The main objective is to advocate for the professors’ scientific activity through editing, printing and distribution of books and periodicals written in Romanian and foreign languages in Romania and abroad.
